On Jirens page there is nothing about transcend time and beeing unaffected by time. Why is that?

After he already concentrated his energy after he got in a direct contact with spirit bomb like everyone else could of done(with enough mental strength), but without a previous contact he can't. The spirit bomb is not that special. His Glare literally stopped Hit's attack. His Glare reflected the Spirit Bomb, that's more than enough.

Not reflection, but control. You can control spirit bomb with your ki. Which the comment of him controlling with his mind stands for. Than there is all the fact there several of them. Attack from several directions and he is screwed. Unless you wanna say oh he can controll their attacks all at once.
