No. He is equal to Base/SSB Goku and not SSBK Goku, i think that it was better if Arale was not showed because she messed up the scaling since she was commented by Goku to be stronger than himself, she was acting casually and they had to call Beerus to stop her.The real cal howard said:

Wait how the Hell is Trunks 2nd on that list? Vegeta and Trunks combined were needed to push back Zamasu's holy wrath, Goku did it alone, and he still had stamina to use kaioken after and smash his head in, with no arms. The only thing he had going for him was his NLF sword.
Jiren would smash his head in, he's way more composed compared to Zamasu. And Arale would likely punt everyone on that list.

Natsu speaks about friends, and fires a fire dragon roar, and Trunks screams in agony. But it turns out Trunks survives it. Natsu only notices once Trunks starts delivering his Burning Blue speech (the TFS Shining Finger parody), and cuts Natsu in half from downwards up. I usually accept statements unless hard evidence ( like something in the series ) contradicts it. It doesn't. At least not in the Super series. SSB is still considered fodder to Beerus even now, same with Kaio-Ken. We also don't know how much power Beerus really used against Goku. Beerus lied when fighting Vegeta. So... Taking all this into account... Arale just confirms Beerus' standing is still going to be the same unless Goku becomes stronger than " that mortal " .
