Above average, Genius regarding combat (Can fight on par with Son Goku, who is a fighting Genius and hit him with multiple pressure point attacks and knew he was holding back, he even found UI's weakness and exploited the fact he was off guard and came up with a strategy to split his power with a clone to tire out his foe and latter became more and more skilled as he fought. despite never using his new abilities in battle or training until he fought goku and vegeta he was skilled enough to use them easily and learned as he fought to get better with new powers) or at least something like that

Yes. However do note that compared to Goku and Vegeta, Granolah is considered inexperienced. Fortunately, pressuring either of them in a fight and beating them is already a genius level combat feat.
