The only one who would scale is Zeno, and it doesn't change anything.
The Demon Realm simply existed in the overarching Timeline first. It's not an advanced level of existence. Additionally, all evidence for the reality points to it being at best it's own space time, and likely much MUCH less considering the three realms seem to be sections of a (potentially supersize) planet.
All it does is make a World of Void like area. An unknown world of unknown spatio-temporal properties with unknown minutia that affects no one because the one guy who does scale can't be improved in any way by it existing.

That's a okay episode, the whole Vegeta vs Gomma fight as alright, but kinda goes for too long when the result was "Yeah, Vegeta can't defeat him" could be cut short. I kinda more upset he din't yell Final.Flash when he attack Gomma with the '**** you Beam'. But then the Bath joke makes up for It.
Glorio as okay. The problem I don't know much about his backstory, so when he betray Arinsu is just kinda whatever.
The "Sequence of Super Saiyans" for Buu Saga gets a reference here, that almost feel like the Sonic writters when they make references, but It worked here when Goku added "Now for a bônus" with is a little fresh and not that corny for a reference.
