Dragon ball and bulletproof?. .

Well, yeah. They've basically been bulletproof since Part 1 DB. By that I mean episode 1 Kid Goku has only seen bullets as a nuisance at best.

If you mean are Saiyans bullet proof with our ki, than yes. Goku was shot multiple times as a kid by bulls before he could use ki. Bullets are just a bit painful(not really but it does sting a lot) to them without them, but other than that they are bullet proof even without KI.

Everyone stronger than Mr. Satan is bullet proof (besides Buu due to his physiology); at least they are agonizing, they should be bullet proof.

Yes they are back in dragon ball before kid goku knew how to use ki he only felt a small sting when Bulma shot him.
