No. Dragon rend is for Dragons only. For example, dragon rend doesn't work on Lord Harkon. I say Dracula for reality warping.Setsuna tenma said:

I advise you guys not do to Castlevania threads until i'm going to post my CRT which i'm still working on, because as it stands with my CRT Dracula and other characters would get big upgrades

Although since we should limit it by it's best showings it can only null types 1,3,4 and 5 since that is what alduin has
