So what's the mindhax potency? 3-D?

Wasn't there a discussion where if you had godly levels of regen your pretty much immune to mindhax? I know it was mentioned back in Palpatine vs Dark Samus.

That said the mindhax is gonna need to be 4D or higher to affect Drac considering he's backed by Chaos. But I can already tell where this is going >_>
