The possibly 4-B should be removed since the Hadouken and Shoryuken oneshotting bosses should be threated as game mechanic and non-canon as X never canonically defeated them that way, also if he could possibly use them it would be just possibly higher and not 4-B, also he is not even alive during the X era.
