Gilgamesh can one-shot with EE, but Doctor Doom's magic hax is tier 1 in potency so he could do the same.

Will wait to see if Fate fans can determine whether Gil would use EE from the start in-character, otherwise Doom resists basically all of his standard stuff and one-shots him.

I mean without Enuma elish i don’t think any of Gil’s stuff will work on him given doom’s tier is higher and his magic resistance probably means he will survive it.

If Bloodlusted then it is an instant win for Gilgamesh. When he was slightly excited and not even bloodlusted from realizing Enkidu was in the HGW in Strange Fake he immediately pulled out Ea. There is little to no reason to say he won’t immediately ignite Ea and start spamming it with bloodlust.

But on the off chance that he doesn’t start immediately with it then doom has a pretty decent shot at winning due to his magic as Marvel Magic is accepted as Tier-1 in terms of ability/hax on this site.

But they might not be effective or at least will be blocked or dodged as a bloodlusted serious Gilgamesh will also activate Sha Naqba Imuru which will give his battle applicable future sight via Clairvoyance.

We are also informed that Sha Naqba Imuru enables him to see the optimal outcome for any situation and permits him to see through all magecraft so upon activation he will immediately pull out Ea and it is gg’s.

For now speed is equalized. If speed is equalized I can see Gilgamesh winning.

Not super familiar w/either of them. I'm leaning towards Dr. Doom for his higher HAX and most likely being smarter than Gilgamesh; still open to other takes/perspectives

Don't think that's how it works, Raiden still gets a 10 times x Speed multiplier in "his speed is equalized matches" via Ripper Mode and so does Dante via Devil Trigger.
