In the Hoopa movie, Mega Rayquaza was capable of overwhelming Giratina and White Kyurem temporarily, as well as being onpar with them as a whole. Hell, Hoopa Unbound summoned the Creation Trio, Kyurem, AND Primal Groudon and Kyogre, and Rayquaza was capable of preventing those 6 from killing Mega Latios and Latias. Also, an initial combined blast from the 7 evil Legendaries was incapable of piercing Rayquaza's, Latios's, and Latias's Psychic enhanced Dragon Twister (I'm assuming these were the moves used, cause i could barely hear anything Ash said in that scene). Should al of the non 2-B characters get a buff?
