DotA downgrades

So on various DotA pages, the characters are rated as "Multi-Solar System level+, possibly higher" via scaling to Io and his Overcharge ability.

However, the result is only 17.89 gigaFoe, which is only Solar System level by our energy scale.

A simple proposition, I propose that the DotA characters affected by this (Which would include Io, Enigma, Chaos Knight, Elder Tita and Keeper of the Light).

Makes sense enough to me. Probably just never translated from the OBD's energy scale if I were to take a guess.

"It is unlikely any of these planets I am accounting for weigh any less than Mercury"

Solar System level goes up to 22.586 TeraFoe. It doesn't particularly matter if the calculation is using low estimates for the planetary sizes.

Doing the highest end without purposefully inflating the results is still within the double digit GigaFOE Range (Around 40~ish if memory serves), so yeah. Just 4-B.
