Both are Low 2-C. MCU Dormammu is featless whereas comic Dormammu has killed Eternity and has tons of hax

I think that most of this seems reasonable, except for the scans for spatial manipilation/universe creation and immeasurable speed.

Doctor Strange has never remotely been able to physically move and react at such speeds, as far as I am aware. He was simply transported by a spell.

Doctor Strange has Massively FTL+ speeds, he has feats of flying through universes and dimensions. He isn't Immeasurable, tho, even if he does occasionally fight the likes of Eternity.

Yes. I remember that story. He simply merged together with his self from an alternate future timeline. That is neither acausality, nor time paradox immunity.

The Void Manipulation comes from the second scan

We don't see actual void for most void manipulation, it's turning somebody into non-existence which is described on panel.

Also eternity is the embodiement of entire universe (which includes spacetime). You can't disintegrate a space-time continuum since he's not physical matter
