Gonna have to say Cool Cat here. Both Cool Cat's and Dora's skillsets are reserved for completely different ideas, with Cool Cat having basic understanding in two different styles of combat (wrestling and karate, but there could be more if anyone can find more Cool Cat books) while Dora's skills are more geared towards adventuring like a loose parody of Indiana Jones. Sure, Dora managed to find El Dorado, but that doesn't really have much to do with combat.
