Doppo Orochi Prime and verse scaling

While this is true, I do feel like the "constantly growing in power" reasoning, whether even intended by the mangaka to be a fix to the inconsistencies or not, does end up pairing very well with Yujiro constantly returning to the status of strongest boy ever.
Do you think we should remove the "prime" key given all the facts above? Thus, it will remove the strange variation in power levels and make all the main characters 7-C

I dunno, I read through baki this year and that's like

that doesn't sound right for 'em

i don't really have a point, i just think 7-C max tournament is kinda silly. i don't remember there being evidence he got weaker but like, the result of saying he didn't isn't something i'd agree with either

Doppo received the 7-C key before the maximum tournament, and after Katsumi often emphasized its power. Motobe was also capable of harming Yujiro to the maximum of the tournament. We would have absolutely no problems if Yujiro had accomplished the feat closer to the new chapters, however, he did it at the beginning of the manga, where Doppo scales up to him exactly, and then he positions his son as a stronger fighter
