For what reasons? The reasons that have already been debunked?
We are using the Original File, in which he is baseline 9-A and can be overwhelmed easily by Doomguy’s higher tiered weaponry.

BUT WHY ISNT IT MENTIONED ON THE FIRST KEY WEEKLY. THAT SEEMS LIKE A VERY IMPORTANT JUSTIFICATION AND UPGRADE FOR HIS ORIGINAL CANON.

For a GAU-19 The average recoil force when firing is 1.7kN, 2.2kN or 2.8kN depending on firing rate. I'm assuming basic physics meaning they shoot with the same force if we use the lowest we get 0.17335 ton-force and it was unfazed by six hundred rounds over twenty seconds it wins.

He can’t beat SCP-096 using his fists or lower tier weaponry(Since regen)So he has to use his higher tier weaponry in order to actually put him down. Ergo it’s where is higher tier 9-A weaponry provide him a win.
If it’s 0.17 tons via recoil force (Is that how we do it,I’m no math guy but I’m not sure that’s how we do it.), then it should at least be added with that sort of calc. Not to mention previous matches with him say SCP-096 is 9-A via stomping 9-B stuff. That win with the protagonist will have to go if that is true.

That's something they also do, literally handicap the character that is against doomguy OR make doomguy as op as he could.

You mean Standard Doomguy with all his weapons vs a dude with low-mid regen and the ability to shake off lower tier weaponry anywho.
Strongest version would be giving him powerups and shit,this is fair regardless considering the doomguy needs higher tier weaponry to put SCP-096 down for good.
Without his 0.07 ton weaponry,he won’t be able to kill SCP-096. It will be a stomp in 096’s favor.
