Doomguy rune additions

So I realized a little while ago that his profile doesn't talk about these. They should definitely be at least optional equipment.

List of runes here. If you want to be picky about the source not technically being direct game scans I can go boot up the game and screenshot everything if you really want me to.

A lot of these aren't really a specific power, but some are. These runes are:

• Savagery: Statistics Amplification (Speed)
• Blood Fueled: Situational Statistics Amplification (Speed)
• Saving Throw: Ressurectio, gets 2 uses.

The ones that aren't a specific power still give helpful boons such as infinite ammo and enhanced lunge distance though, so they should still be listed somewhere.
