Ill give to Doomfist.
While both are smart and tactical, Doomfist nevertheless has the most experience and would therefore theoretically have the edge. He also commands Talon so ye, he has the intelligence edge
I would also presume Doomfist has the better martial arts and P-P-P-P-P-P-POWER in his strikes compared to Bakugo, though his explosions would certainly be trouble.
