Ant-Man expands. Ant-Man's growth can't exert enough force to overpower the tensile strength of the Hulk-like Thanus. Ant-Man dies, but it's possible his matter keeps expanding through any possible space, and thus kills Thanos by filling his Thanus with Scott Lang's biomass.
Thanos could turn him intangible with Space Stone, disable his Size Manip with Technological Manip, petrify him, as well as stopping time or trappin ant-Man on a time loop, all of which should give him enough time to snap; that's assuming he knows of Ant-Man's presence, that is.
Honestly, I hope Avengers: Endgame gives a reason as for why Thanos can't just snap them away instantly; I hate when villain have a really strong attack but they don't use it because they're dumb.
Thanos hasnt shown to be omniscient when he has the mind stone, so he won't know when Antman travels to the quantum realm corresponding to his stomach (or anus) and if Antman goes Giantman right here and there, even if Thanos's colon can resist that much expansion (not from cellular level to human sized, but giant sized) the obstruction alone would cause several complications Thanos cannot react to fast enough to avoid dying to.
And aa far as i know, Thanos cannot heal himself instantly as seen with Thor. So the moment Antman does indeed use this technique, it *will* kill Thanos.
Hell, if he pierces the Colon, Ant man will just cause a lot of damage to his organs and just make him bleed to death or have his stomach acid burn the rest of his inner self, even if he cannot pierce his Tier 6/5 skin.
Also Ant-Man can turn small enough to not appear in Thanos's eyes and use that to his advantage. Assuming Thanos doesn't already have a buttplug to protect himself OvO
He's only gonna feel stuff if Scott touches his rectum or something, and that's only when Ant-Man increases to size. Hell, Endgame Ant-Man at 85 feet alone is 7-A now.
Ant-Man expands and rips Thanos in half. Thanos is still alive as his head and torso are still intact. Arms are also intact so he snaps and undoes the damage to his body and defeats Ant-Man after saying "you should have aimed for the head"
ALTERNATE ENDING:
Thanos has a much higher durability than Ant-Man so his insides can handle the expansion. Ant-Man is effectively crushed against the walls of Thanos' stomach and he is expelled violently from Thanos' anus as a bloody mess.
