Yeah... I don't think a standard house cat is going to do much against a friggin' King Cobra. Come on, if a human can die within at the earliest 30 minutes from getting bitten, imagine what the crap can do to a cat. That's not to mention a comparatively-sized Mongoose would have some difficulty dealing with a King Cobra depending on your source. Gonna have to go with the cobra.
