Apparently. Some YouTube Users always provide this Technique to clarified Sukuna to positioning at Low 2-C. Since His World Slashing Technique cuts through Space.

Does feats like this reliable for Tiering? I require further details & explaination why.
Slashes that Cut the World (世せ界かいを断たつ斬ざん撃げき Sekai o Tatsu Zangeki?): Inspired by Mahoraga's second adaptation to Gojo's's Infinity, Sukuna further enhanced Dismantle by expanding its target area to encompass the very fabric of the world itself, transforming it into "a slash that cuts through the world." This unblockable attack cuts through space, making it impossible to defend against

Ah, Well. I had many responds by the User I am having conversation: the User always talks about Space & Time always linked together; therefore it should considered that it supposedly mean Its Spacetime Continuum.

Since Sukuna World Slash Technically cuts through Space, and Space also can be considered as Spacetime Continuum.

Which left Me in ceriousity. I had a hard understanding what It accurately meant.

No, that would only be Spatial Manipulation & Durability Negation. To achieve low 2-C, you need to affect space-time which is a 4D structure, In the case of Sukuna , it doesn't meet this criterion
