Let's just say you're 9-B with like Massively FTL+ speed, and you're up against an 8-C with much inferior speed, would that ignore durability?

not unless the enemy hit you so fast it hit your younger self who has lower Durability (that is if the enemy has Immeasurable Speed)

The thread title made me double take lol.

But no, it doesn't. Unless like mentioned above, someone punches you 10 years ago with Immeasurable speed and even then, that's just taking advantage of when one has lower durability.

Unless the universe took that immense speed as a way to make them hit harder like in real life, no. But at that point, they wouldn't be 9-B anymore so it's a no both ways.

No, getting people attacked by surprise does not ignore their durability unless its durability is active (oposite of passive as conventional durability); however, given that the character is unable to defend and avoid or absord damage, surprise attacks tends to cause massive damage (granted, you are capable to damage the target normally) and may lead to death if it stroke a vulnerable point.
