So, let's say A Character is solid 1-A and theres B character who's not 1-A initially, but got that 1-A from fighting A Character. Would B character still get that rating?

Cause i heard that "oh you're 1-A, the lower one cannot be on the same level as you, that's an antifeat"

The context is that B need to have an external help that "elevate" his existence to the same level as A to not make this an anti-feat, the help could be either an Universal power system that allows B to go up to 1-A, kind of thing you see often in Chinese cultivation novels, or someone 1-A and stronger help B to go up to 1-A
