does seeing world as just a story to entertain is qualified to higher dimensional ?

Maybe yes. it's like we humans (3 Dimension) see the image on the paper (2 Dimension) or something like reality-fiction difference?

Yes, the main point is, should it be qualified as R>F difference or infinitely gap in AXIS? Or something similar
Depending on context, this could just be plot manipulation.. Any more scans?
This

If it's not qualified then ,would it be plot manipulation ?

To acknowledge that your world is fiction is to acknowledge there is a "real world" which fundamentally transcends your own. To be from that world could qualify as higher dimensional, but not every verse defines these things as "dimensions".
