The jutsu he used on killer b is the MS version of genjutsu sharingan

Sasuke has Amaterasu only cause Itachi gave it to him.He also gave him Tsukuyomi.

Sasuke got Amatarasu through transcription seal as a one off thing in response to tobi before gaining MS and getting amatarasu in his left eye and kagutsuchi in his right respectively.
