Does destroying a dimension if it was confirmed universe size actually count as universe busting?

Just wondering..there is a character I am favorable to that destroyed 1,000,000 universe sized dimensions in an instant, I am also asking this based on the controversial, "Hulk Universe Busting" feat, I do not care for whether it is an outlier, but would both count as universe busting in any sense?

Thanks in advance.

If they are the same size as universes, probably yes, but the pocket universe that the Hulk destroyed was most likely very small.

Well, I think that all universes contain space-time, but we tend to make a difference between completely destroying the entire continuum, and only destroying the contents (all of the stars and planets within it).

The difference between destroying everything that exists in the present vs also destroying everything that exists in the past and future, right?

Yes, but making the entire continuum actually cease to exist is usually counted on this level as well.
