Does conventional precognition work on higher dimensional beings?

If the precog user can only perceive 3 dimensions, could they still predict the movements of someone who moves through higher spatiotemporal dimensions?

Hrmmmm

Temporal dimensions probably not

Spatial dimensions they could probably see where they are about to appear in 3 dimensions, but not where they are in the rest.

Well, there are many diff types of precognition that I'd consider conventional but the assumption should be "probably not" in general.

However, theoretically I suppose precognition as a concept is only limited by cognition so perhaps discerning identifying features of precognition that can (or can possibly) affect higher dimensional beings could be a good idea.

Higher temporal dimensions get really messy and their behavior would be nigh impossible for a typical 3D being to directly understand so precog would have to be explicitly shown.

Given two say 20D constucts with 8 temporal dimensions within each. Are the 7 higher temporal dimensions even going to behave similarly to each other or to the lowest temporal dimension? It's not as if extensions of Euclidean geometry can be used for this
