Does breaking Physics lead to Reality Warping?

Not automatically. Reality Warping requires better examples and simply being physically capable of doing things that go against physics isn't quite one of them.

Okay, an example of this is where one reaches Planck Temperature and described how physics no longer matter.

Depends on the verse, since reality can mean different things, and be affected by different things in different verses. As for the real world, reality is objective physical world, so technically doing anything is manipulating reality.
