So we separe Higher Dimensions (extra direction sense) and places called higher dimensions (but show characterístics of R>F, see reality as shadow, or comic or a paint or dream or more realer, occacionally say they not are substance beings)?

Note that the verse refer the laws of physics from Higher Dimensions (extra direction sense) to be the same not matter the numbers they are bond to same laws of physics, while places called higher dimensions have different laws of physics
