    Let say character can create/destroy bubble dimensions that contains parallel pocket of dimensions containing multiple solar systems and the sheer size of that dimension is equally to that of a milk way. Would it count as galaxy buster or not?

    Doubly so if said travel time is in space because you go faster in space due to a lack of air resistance or gravity. If a guy flew across the galaxy, it doesn't mean he can always move at light speed all the time. If you're in the atmosphere there's probably more leniency
