does 1-A grant NEP?

I was just wondering If a non 1-A plane is nonexistent from a 1-A perspective. Does that grant them any NEP?

Nope. It has to be nonexistent in the literal sense and not just from a 1-A perspective.

I mean tier 0 has NEP even if it does exist in some sense or another. 1-A doesn't exist in a conventional sense from a non 1-A perspective(i.e. base layer of reality), which means it can consider neither 1 nor 0 in terms of existence.

Nope. A Tier 0 has NEP because of its Omnipotent nature, because it's everything and so on. While uh for 1-A and non 1-A, they exist in the same reality, just that they aren't in the same plane of existence.

Tier 0 have NEP cause all of them encompassing everything and stand at top of all philosophical ideas, which includes nonexistent ideas

1-A is simply more real than non-1-A, that is just the perspective, not the essence. For tier 0, that is its omnipotent nature.
