Anyways, I think it goes like this for Doctor Who (Old System):

Universe: 3-A

Universe + Time: Low 2-C

Infinite Parallel Universes: 2-A

Infinite other universes with other laws of physics: Higher degree of 2-A

Multiverse + The Time Vortex = High 2-A (Second time dimension = 5-D)

Six Fold Realm: Low 1-C or whatever

Time Vortex: High 2-A to High 1-B

Guardians/Six Fold God: High 1-B
