Tragically I don't think Doom can deal with stuff like C.C.C. and Potnia Theron and blah blah blah. The Siphon Harness could probably work but it's doubtful that he could use that before BB pulls some shit.

BB has almost everything Doom has, including power stealing, BFR, and sealing. She can also rewrite information, chance, and luck on top of manipulating matter at the atomic level. She also has insanely fast calculation ability and can lock the future into whichever one she desires for as long as she's not opposed by a presence of equal or greater authority.
Potnia Theron probably isn't going to work against the Power Cosmic (it's not earthly based).

If Doom has access to his 4-B tech I'd vote for him on account of 4-B Power Cosmic-having Doombots and stuff. Otherwise, BB. He can't resist most of her stuff, not to my knowledge.
