@Ant Vergils devil trigger. Maybe Dante and Mundus too if the devil trigger forms are scaleable.

@Matt On phone and it's a bit too late here as in I should sleep before I pass out but having reread the thread multiple times no refutal was made for the video I linked below. It clearly shows Vergil unlocking the true potential of Devil Trigger since unlike Dante he didn't seem to unlock its full potential. It wasn't just in his mind considering even his mother was there and he was brought back to life with more power. A mental change wouldn't be something easy to notice so the devastating shockwave that dwarfed mountains should be pretty high.

Sorry staying up late made m miss the poit of the question. Anyway it's a DC buff to Mountain lvl or higher judging from the scee I posted. Those are also not just theearby hills from the battle since there's notable lack of dying trees and large boulders around them.
