Before, it was only Mickey that was deemed superior to everyone else, but now that another instance of a Toon being completely erased along with their paint and coming back has been found, it's safe to add Mid-Godly to the Toon Physiology page. As stated in that page, paint contains their soul and mind, as well as being a Toon's very essence.
What we need to do is delete the "superior" regeneration from Mickey's page and just leave it as regular Toon Physiology.
The Dip and Thinner should also negate this level of regeneration but this was already known.
