Round 1: Discord likely takes it because of his speed advantage, both have reality warping and stuff so it's gonna come down to the speed. On BitterBack Isle Grigori wins though.

I'm going to assume this isn't Bitterblack Isle-Era Grigori?
Discord might be able to come up with a creative way to reality-warp Grigori into submission before getting dunked and subsequently BFRed with Grigori's own reality-warping, having the faster reactions and all. Fairly close, especially given how stubborn Grigori is in terms of staying down.
I'm quite certain Grigori takes Round 2, though, since Discord's main advantage that formerly kept him in this is now gone.
