Well I'm not entirely sure about that but in it he has 4-A and Mftl feats so he's definitely stronger

Well yeah, but this lizard has low godly regen. I mean I guess if Discord were to use his portal abilities an attack (he uses his claws) then maybe, but that is extreme speculation.
