Dire only lost to Dio because he didn't instantly use TCSA. If he's using it instantly here and instantly means, well, instant, that's infinite speed. Sub-Zero can't defend against an infinite speed TCSA, even with speed equal as the instantaneous TCSA is apart of OP specifications, not the speed. Thus TCSA with its new infinite speed and High 3-A AP (it's the ultimate in attack and defense so it should have infinite power), Sub-Zero is toast.

Nah, TCSA has 1-A AP. This is a godstomp unless Dire does the TCSA slowly like with DIO.
