I doubt Dio's time stop will work on Dialga. DIO'd likely lead with that, find it doesn't work and get 'flicked' by Dialga due to being a glass cannon

You thought the same as me, i also thought on this match, if Dio's time srop doesnt work, then dia wins.

It can neg time shenanigans like it did with Celebi in PMD. That was time travel, but I wouldn't put negging time stop beyond Dialga's ability

Because DIO is trying to manipulate Dialga?

That said if the time stop is 2-A in scale (scale, not range) it should work

Also Dialga's time hax works on immeasurable characters via people forgetting to edit Giratina's page

Idk. It didn't in Mystery Dungeon but maybe there are other instances.

Granted if the time stop isn't 2-A in scale it won't work so

Why not range? i mean, Range can by scale to AP (Stop an infinite Multiverse work on a 2-A Omnipresent by logic)

@Dodo

Because 2-A range is timestopping from infinite timelines away.

2-A scale is time stopping the multiverse.

They are two different things, and only one of them works on a 2-B omnipresent through time

Time Stopping from infinite timeline isn't the same as Time stopping the Multiverse?

Anyway IDK what time stop Dio have so i will wait

Time stopping from infinite timelines away is a range feat.

Time stopping a multiverse is range and potency.

What's more impressive, mindhaxing a universe or mindhaxing a single person on the other side of the universe? Same logic

The former is basic time stop (does not work on immeasurables and usually not infinites), the latter is higher-dimensional time stop (which can work on immeasurables).

Dio can time stop infinites but not immeasurables.

Only his avatars are infinite. True Dialga is omnipresent.
Omnipresent isn't a factor here, Dio still can time stop if he can affect the entire multiverse

but according to what i heared, Dialga have a counter against time shenanigans

It is a factor when Dialga is omnipresent through time as well as space, meaning he transcends linear time. Infinite speed characters are still bound to linear time.

Unless if DIO can time stop immeasurables, then time stop is useless here.

hmm...not sure, If he is Omnipresent through time, if you stop time....he is stopped logically lol and i don't think being omnipresent through time = transcend linear time

Being able to simultaneously exist in the past, present, and future means is transcending linear time. You're not perceiving time linearly as you're able to see all of it at once.
