Ragyo can only die if all of her Life Fibers are destroyed and it's really hard to do that. I'm not sure if even The World can do that as Ragyo can survive getting decapitated, stabbed through the chest, beheaded and so on. If Ragyo can live long enough until the sun comes up due to her durability and Regenerationn hacks she could win. It just depends if Dio finds away to stop that Regenerationn. I don't even think being crushed by a road roller would work.
