Knack is made out of blocks and cannot be killed unless you remove all of them or destroy the orb on his chest. He can fire his relics at enemies and can telekinetically call them back to reform his body. He can also absorb different materials and add them to his body like ice and metal.

While Knack may have thevweakness of his regen getting bypassed, it's much faster then Dio's regen and he's got an almost 2x AP advantage.

His faster regen plus Dio's regen being much slower combined with his AP gives him thevwin before Dio hits his orb
