A 7-B vs a Low 7-C....hmm. Speed equalization REALLY harms Esdeath's chances of winning. Unless she can resort to her more powerful techniques right off the bat, she's pretty much toast. Yeah....

in character Dimaria will most likely use time shenanigans since that is basically the main way for her to attacking, although she most likely not going to kill her opponent(she kinda want to playing with her opponent first although this is not always the case ) so that will give her opponet a change to time stop her back...

Yeah , in character , dimaria pretty much just ripped shirt enemy with stop time, if esdeath knows dimaria has time stop , esdeath could use more useful stop time and win with his freezing technique

Basically depend of the situation she might just time stop and playing with her opponent(which give her opponent a change to hax her back) or just time stop and kill her opponent.

Esdeath is more versitale, additionaly Dimarias powers can be hijacked by other time users as Ultear shown. She is also more serious. But one hit from Dimaria will finish her if she decides to use her takeover lasers.
