Flashy Flash utterly destroys All Might.
All Might's main style of fighting is charging straight ahead and not dodging any attacks. He tanks and overwhelms with raw stats. He is a brawler who refuses to dodge.
Flashy Flash will know All Might's next move before the No.1 Hero even knows it himself.
Flashy Flash takes this with incredibly low difficulty. The sheer skill gap on display here makes it extremely unlikely for All Might to do anything.
All Might being able to punch harder by going past his limits doesn't change the skill gap. He's still getting read like an open book by Flashy Flash.
All Might also openly admits to being a close-range fighter. He can technically fight at mid to long range, but he gave that up in favor of just rushing in and punching.
Sadly, Flashy Flash vastly out-skills him in close-range fighting.
I also don't believe you can restrict Flashy Flash from having his weapons.
Versus Thread Rules: It is not fine to restrict abilities in a versus matchup, implicitly or expressly. Matches that are arranged this way should not be added to the character profiles, as they don't involve their full potential, and are only intended for casual entertainment.
- An exception would be if the restricted ability/technique has a separate tier from the main one, and is one the character can consciously restrict themselves from using. In this case, the match can be added.
- The match can also be added if Optional Equipment such as optional power-ups and items are restricted, or if the ability being restricted is indexed after a "Likely" or "Possibly" conditional.
Flashy Flash's weapons are standard equipment. He has fought without them, but that was because of situations out of his control. He always wants to be armed for any situation, so they're standard. I don't believe you can restrict standard equipment like this.
