Yes, you can go to the Konaka website and see the comparison between the original names and the adaptations. Ruki is Rika, Takato Matsuda is Takato Matsuki and Jianliang Lee is Henry Wong (And this adaptation is very bad because this literally destroys many references and jokes the Chinese nationality of Lee because their Kanjis are read differently between Japan and China.)

Honestly as I said Rika wins handedly here. To list off all the things she has.

Cat's Eye Hypnotism: Obtained from loading Lynxmon. Hypnotizes the enemy with mysterious power from its eyes, causing them to attack themselves.

Nightmare Shock: Obtained from loading Vilemon. Fires a supersonic wave from its mouth. Alternatively, traps the foe in a nightmare.

Sharp Wing: Obtained from loading PteramonDrops from sky vertically and pierces the target with her arm. The enemy's DigiCore (the equivalent of a being's essence) is destroyed regardless of the thickness of its armor. For non Digimon opponents this is the equivalent of ripping out one's soul or essence and destroying it.

Talisman of Light: Chants the incantation "Bon-Hitsu-Sen" while painting the Sanskrit character "Hum" in the air with its gigantic brush, then hurls it at the opponent to catch them in a gigantic explosion and annihilate them. She can also create a barrier that is strong enough to keep Beelzemon out.

Thousand Spells: Wreathes its talismans around the opponent's body, then detonates them.

The ability to rewrite Lucario's fate.

Using its giant brush, it is able to rewrite even the fates of its enemies!

Lucario's best chance is precog, however it requires him to actually activate it. Top that with Teleportation, Duplication and Fire based skills. Rika/Sakuyamon win handedly. One can argue a haxstomp.

@Dragon... Fox Card is wrong... "Seal" in this context is literally a seal, a stamp. Being more accurate stamps from East Asia.


You can check this in this card that says: It demonstrates its power by sending its pipe-foxes, encompassing four elements: fire, water, wind, and thunder, to attack and gather information!
Look at Sakuyamon's hand, it's the Seals that are referred to in this technique.
