Did being "object" Grant the same tier as object itself?

For example if there is character is the moon itself, does he grant moon lv ap?

Not sure tho but we have seen characters on this wiki who are the universe itself having Universal AP.

If you referring to 3 sister of moon, i can't find any ever brought on this forum. But if reffering to being the "moon", i guess there is example exist i can found like avatar series. I was making sure cause i wanted to do something
