Dexter stomps. You do realize that most of dexter's equipment is 9-A hax, right? I don't have the time to state all the ways Dexter wins, but Dexter could:

-Use the animal atomizer and turn him into a roach.

-Use the normal atomizer and slice right through him

-Create mutated plant beasts to kill Stewie and run away

-Throw Chemical X29 on him and shrink him

-Clone himself and then kill Stewie

-Use his very numerous mechs to kill Stewie

-Use Dinocopter and freeze Stewie solid and then kill him

-Send Stewie to an atlernate reality, or pretty much do anything with the Dream-o-tron 3000

-Use the Mechanical Time Accelerator and make Stewie immobile and kill him

-So much more.

Meanwhile stewie can:

-Shoot lasers that Dexter can deflect with his wrench


Dexter wins easily.
