How was this never made?

Dexter is High 8-C and Johnny is 8-B, however both have all their equipment

Both have a year of prep and prior knowledge

Speed is =

Fight starts on a golf course, both 50 meters away

Dexter for being way smarter while Johnny usually gets his best stuff from outside help (which isn't helpful here). While Johhny has Prior knowledge, Dexter also has this and his way greater intelligence can find ways to go around

No. He can stop time for as long as wants. I think you meant to say the Turbo Time Rewinder.
 
I guess since this fight is a thing now, I just wanna say that contrary to popular belief, Johnny Test is not a ripoff of Dexter
