DeVoe and Hazard CRT

I noticed that on DeVoe's page, his Attack Potency for the "Becky's Body" key was listed as being:

Human level, Small City level with Effigies (Effigies utilized by Mina Chaytan could overpower the Flash and break his leg), higher with Luck (Can affect the probability of a situation to cause disastrous situations) and Technological Manipulation

Shouldn't the "higher with Luck" rating for Attack Potency also apply to Hazard? She actually has feats to show that she can cause disastrous situations via her luck, such as setting off the Particle Accelerator.

That or we could get rid of the "higher with Luck" rating for DeVoe, but I'm more in favor of adding it to Hazard's page rather than removing it from DeVoe's.

She does. DeVoe actually got his luck powers from Hazard.
