Third if this is just Devilman then Rimuru Tempest might have a chance to win because Akira is holding back with his Passive Transmutation/Fusionism.

Well, lets ress this thread... First, Rimuru can affect Akira/Devilman since he's 5D too and he can resist too. Second, Ciel and Angra Mainyu won't let Rimuru being absorbed and being able to use Leivathan and Shub-Niggurath to decrease Devilman's attack potency and to analyze everything he has and create skills to counter Devilman. And third, if Rimuru is absoorbed, Devilman won't be able to copy Rimuru's Ultimate Skills due it's nature and he can change the information about the skills.
