i leave for over a month and i see that one of the vs threads of all time has been made by our lovely gent fezzih here, please applaud him

anyways fuсkin uhhhhhh devilman is the only profile that has low 2-c in his verse so idk what the scaling is but it looks like he's baseline so the deity of sin prooobably eats him via ap gap

devilman's profile kinda sucks in general so i really dont know how a lot of his shit works (like his precog which has a dead imgur scan) but im guessing he really has no way to get around the deity of sin's abstract existence if he manages to defeat its vessel

Weaknesses: Loses the ability to maintain his Devilman form if damaged enough.

So, Arfoire could just beat him up until It happens, but he have enough Regen and Stamina to endure probally.

I don't think so, but can she do anything to him? Don't she need vesels to do It? Like, Devilman resist possesion, so I don't think It would work on him.

ehhh, maybe??? we never really learn whether or not destroying the land would actually eject arfoire's soul out of it; what we do know, though, is that if arfoire's tdos vessel is defeated, then the land that she fused with will begin to crumble and be destroyed. . .for some reason, idk why LOL

i dont know if akira destroying the land would actually deal with the issue of her being linked to it, but hey, it might, so im not gonna say for sure

Well okay, gonna put that discussion for later.

So how would the fight go?
Arfoire does seem to resist Akira powers like, Electricity, Heat Manipulation, Fire and Air, but Power Absorption, Mind Manipulation, Empathic Manipulation and Soul Manipulation she don't resist. Trought the later seems to be countered by the fact he can't interact with her true self due to being AE, and he probally can't absorb her powers fully.

Arfoire does have paralysis, so if she hits him with that, she can probally just whale on him. Devilman can defend himself against projectiles with his telekenisis it seems trought.

arfoire would most likely start out with using her magic attacks, which can basically best be summed up as giant ****-off fields of magical darkness power that damages the enemy

if that doesn't deal that much damage to akira, then she'll probably start using viral attack, which will inflict him with the virus status that will essentially cancel his transformation (i'm pretty sure he's using a form of some sorts right??) and not allow him to transform into it again until the status expires

at that point, arfoire's basically won, but assuming that it doesn't actually give her the W, then she'll probably toss out finale guide which will inflict him with a shit ton of statuses which he doesn't resist and will guarantee arfoire wins

Ok, according to the respect thread Devilman have lots of ways to avoid with Intangibility, teleportation and telekinesis to stop the attacks from reaching him and dodging.
But I think being AoE would be problematic to him, and the fact that if Arfoire lands one of her more powerfull hax on him, he kinda cooked.

He does have reactive evolution to grow stronger and regen, and he probally a little more skilled? so he can probally hold his own against her normal attacks, but her hax is a problem, he don't have any answer to them.,
