His empathic manip stems from his mind manip which DG resists. His profile gives no examples of how his RE works. Power Absportion isn't gonna be too helpful cause most of DG's stuff comes from his equipment and even if Devilman takes his powers DG skill merks him in CQC.

Doomguy FRA. Doomguy has absorption as well fyi, so Devilman doesn't even have an advantage in terms of that, although I suppose that the Doom Slayer would have to damage Devilman before absorbing his power whereas idk what Devilman has to do to absorb power.
